The whale-watching companies Norðursigling and Gentle Giants state on their Facebook page that yesterday a whale was seen in the bay. Is it the first time this season that it has happened.
A pod of killer whales was also seen, as well as other species seen in recent days, so it's safe to say that the whale watching season is off to a good start.
